Return and Refund Policy

 

Return/Exchange Window:

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.


Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible:

  • Items must have all original tags attached.

  • Garments must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from any scents (perfume, deodorant, etc.).

  • No stains, makeup, or tan marks will be accepted.

If these conditions are not met, the item will be returned to the customer.

Note: Customized or tailored pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.


Exchange Process

If approved, items can be exchanged for another of equal or higher value. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, a credit note can be issued.

Return Process

Approved returns will receive a refund coupon equal to the product price. This coupon can be used:

  • In-store or

  • On our website

Important Notes:

  • Cash refunds are not provided.

  • Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

  • We cover the shipping costs for exchanged items within India only.
