Return/Exchange Window:
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible:

Items must have all original tags attached.

Garments must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from any scents (perfume, deodorant, etc.).

No stains, makeup, or tan marks will be accepted.
If these conditions are not met, the item will be returned to the customer.
Note: Customized or tailored pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Process
If approved, items can be exchanged for another of equal or higher value. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, a credit note can be issued.

Return Process
Approved returns will receive a refund coupon equal to the product price. This coupon can be used:
